“My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Paula! She is incredibly insightful and I felt understood us both as people, and as a couple, very well. She created a safe, but challenging, space for us as a pair. We both started out in a very defensive and somewhat antagonistic place, and Paula helped bring us to a completely different place where I genuinely felt like we were on the same team. We started working with as opposed to against each other. We came away much closer and stronger than we have ever been.

Also, Paula is just so easy to talk to, so compassionate and non-judgmental, that it doesn't really feel like work (even though it is)! I really enjoyed and looked forward to our sessions with her, and got the sense that she actually cared about us. In fact, I actually started to tear up when Paula told us she thought we were ready to "graduate," and I forced one more session to say goodbye :) I would highly, HIGHLY recommend her to anyone even remotely considering couples' therapy; she is so good at what she does, and I feel fortunate to have found her!”
